What Fees will you charge me?
The only fees that we will charge are your monthly subscription fees and a small commission fee for items sold. That’s it.

Should I set business hours for my store?
While you don’t have to set business hours, it’s a powerful tool for you to use. Especially if you also use the “Live Chat” feature. Now you can provide your customers with an online “experience” instead of just a cold, online retail purchase.
Do I have to choose whether to use my store as either an auction site or a sale site?
You can mix it up however you want! You can either just sell items, or just auction items, or do both. The choice is 100% yours!
How does the live chat work?
We use “WhatsApp”. Just download it onto you computer and when your store is “open” your customers can chat back and forth with you.
what is the staff feature?
With the staff feature, you can assign credentials to other people to work in your store. They can be there to answer questions during your business hours, help with processing orders, or help uploading products and tracking inventory. Basically, you can use a staff the same way that any brick and mortar store would.
how do i get paid?
When you make a sale, your money goes into your account. After you have $25 in your account you can request a withdrawl. Your withdrawl will be processed by PayPal or a Direct Bank Transfer.

When you use the geolocation feature, you give your customers the ability to shop more locally, saving on delivery and shipping fees.
